  • Laundry facilities (not in all suites)

  • 24-hour reception and key protected lift access in most hotels for greater security

Each hotel’s extensive leisure and dining facilities provide ideal havens in which to stay fit, unwind or fuel up while staying.

All hotels offer free access to the on-site health club including swimming pools (except CityLife Wellington) and fully-equipped gymnasiums, plus spa pools, saunas and tennis courts are also offered at some.

A full range of meal options are served in the hotel restaurants, plus guests may relax and enjoy an evening beverage with colleagues in the hotel bar.

Sports Teams

Sports Teams

Maintaining health and fitness are essential for travelling sports teams and their support crew, so will appreciate the extensive health clubs offered at most Heritage and CityLife Hotels.

Sports teams will have full access to the on-site swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, gymnasium and tennis court, plus have their diet catered for in the hotel restaurant (note facilities differ by property).

Staying connected while during production is essential for film and television crews, which is why WiFi access is available in all suites at Heritage Auckland, CityLife Auckland, CityLife Wellington and Heritage Queenstown, plus broadband available in all other hotels.

In addition, spacious suites with separate living and bedroom areas are ideal for small or informal production meetings.
