Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Heritage Hotel Management Ltd (Heritage) guarantees to have the best price via the Heritage website at participating properties.

2. Heritage will offer guests who book via the Heritage website and Heritage online booking system:

a. No Booking Fees for online bookings.

b. Pricing, Inclusions, Discounts & Website Only offers that are only available on the Heritage website.

3. Excludes negotiated, contracted, special and non-public rates.

4. Where a publicly listed lower price is available on another website (Comparable Website), at the time you are booking, Heritage will match that price if it is still available.  Best Price Guarantee can be claimed through calling our Central Reservations on 0800 36 88 88.  You will be required to provide:

a. The details of the Comparable Website where the rate was displayed cheaper, Name/URL.

b. The stay dates for where the cheaper price was displayed.

c. The conditions of the Comparable Website’s offer. They need to be the same conditions as the compared rate on the Heritage website.

d. The offer is still available and can be booked on the Comparable Website.

5. If the Comparable Website is offering a better price than the Heritage website, Heritage will match that price, subject to the conditions in point 4.

6. Offer is only available for same room types.

7. If the rate found on the Comparable Website is given in a currency other than New Zealand Dollars (NZD), Heritage will convert the rate to NZD for the purpose of comparison.

8. The rate found on the Comparable Website also needs to include all relevant taxes and fees.

d. Heritage Hanmer Springs

e. Heritage Christchurch

f. Heritage Queenstown

g. Heritage Collection Sea Spray Suites

j. Heritage Collection Akaroa Cottages
