Heritage & CityLife Hotels COVID-19 Update

The health and wellbeing of our guests and employees is our top priority at Heritage and CityLife Hotels and Heritage Collection properties.
We are actively monitoring novel coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the New Zealand Ministry of Health and will continue to follow guidelines from these agencies and local health authorities.

Following the New Zealand Government's recent announcement, Auckland remains at Covid-19 Alert Level 3. The rest of New Zealand is at Alert Level 2.

Accordingly we are unable to take bookings to stay at our hotels in Auckland while this region remains in level 3. For information on any existing bookings over this period please email the property directly. Contact details can be found further below.

Cancellations due to the Covid-19 Alert Level 3 are refundable. We appreciate your patience as we work through these arrangements.

If you booked through a third-party website or agent, not directly on our Heritage Hotels website, please contact them directly for information.

For more information on the Covid-19 Alert Level 3 protocols, visit the Unite Against Covid-19 Government website here.

Health & Safety

We are taking a number of measures to prioritise the health and safety of our guests and staff. These measures are informed by Ministry of Health guidelines, and can be viewed at the links below.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact reception at your chosen hotel. All contact details can also be found at the links below.

All Heritage, CityLife and Heritage Collection properties are open to essential services only during level 3 & 4 and none are offering managed isolation facilities (MIQ). However, we are unable to take any new bookings while at alert level 3 & 4. If you have an enquiry, please contact the property directly. Specific contact details are listed at the following, or here.
