Heritage & CityLife Hotels COVID-19 Update

The health and wellbeing of our guests and employees is our top priority at Heritage and CityLife Hotels and Heritage Collection properties.

Effective from the 25th of March 2020, the Heritage and CityLife Hotels and a select number of Heritage Collection properties will not be accepting new reservations for the foreseeable future.

The following Heritage Collections properties are not included in this status update and are currently operating a restricted service. If you have a new reservation enquiry in regards to these hotels please contact the property directly.

We know how stressful this time is for everyone so we have been reviewing our reservation policies to fit the current circumstances and offer more flexibility. Should there be a need to make a change to your existing future booking, please email us at  res@heritagehotels.co.nz.
