Heritage & CityLife Hotels COVID-19 Update

The health and wellbeing of our guests and employees is our top priority at Heritage and CityLife Hotels and Heritage Collection properties. No Heritage, CityLife or Heritage Collection properties are providing isolation or quarantine facilities. All of our properties are open for guests.

We are actively monitoring novel coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the New Zealand Ministry of Health and will continue to follow guidelines from these agencies and local health authorities.

Flexible bookings

To make planning your stay with us easier, direct bookings made through our website are fully flexible. This means that you can cancel or change your booking at any time, up to 48 hours before arrival, without incurring penalties (unless otherwise specified at time of booking. Does not apply to bookings made via third party websites or travel agents).
