Dishes For Dietary Needs

Ensuring guests with unique food requirements, like gluten free, have desirable options on the menu.

While many of the advances brought about by the Good Food Project will be significant, we recognise that for some people it is the little adjustments that will mean the most.

We believe guests should be able to make good food choices while they are away working or playing at any of our Heritage Hotels, regardless of their dietary needs and preferences.

We are concentrating on developing delicious options for guests with allergies, intolerances or unique preferences.  These maybe gluten free desserts, plant-based dishes for vegetarians or more specific requests from an individual guest.
