At Heritage Queenstown, it’s easy to provide an inspiring conference – delegates simply need to look out the window at the stunning views across Lake Wakatipu to the Remarkables from the hotel’s architectural award-winning Icon Room.
As well as the unparalleled views, the Icon Room has a versatile conference floor catering for 200 theatre-style and 150 delegates for a banquet, plus state-of-the-art technical facilities and a unique roof-top deck for al fresco cocktails in the summer.
“It’s not only delegates who are inspired by the surroundings and Heritage Queenstown offering,” says Shelley Eastwood Director of Conference and Incentives at Heritage Hotels, “our hotel team are also inspired. So much so, we recently won the Best Employer of the Year 2018 in the Queenstown Business Awards, thanks to our staff engagement, creativity and community service.”
The quality service experience delegates can expect is complemented by exceptional guest facilities on-site including a swimming pool, sauna and health club.
To keep delegates’ energy levels up, formal dining at a special banquet in the Icon Room is available or a relaxed meal in Mackenzies restaurant on-site, offering dishes using the region’s abundant local ingredients and legendary Otago wines.
“PCOs and event managers could easily get inspired too with this early bird special deal for autumn 2020 bookings at Heritage Queenstown” says Shelley Eastwood.
Currently, conference organisers can book April, May and June 2020 conferences at the hotel from just NZ$180 (GST inc) per deluxe room, per night, and a full buffet breakfast add-on for NZ$25 (GST inc) per person. The deal is based on a minimum of 30 people in-house and is subject to availability.
