Q. What services does the venue fee include?
A. Setup and breakdown, tables & chairs including bridal table.
All cutlery, glassware and linen (tablecloths & napkins excluding chair covers)
Tables for gifts and wedding cake
AV system including microphone and iPod capable
Staff for the evening
Dedicated wedding coordinator

Q. Is the venue fee cheaper if we don’t book a Saturday night?
A. No, the pricing is the same every night of the week. We do however have low-season rates available. These are provided on a case by case basis so please ask us for more information.

Q. Are other events scheduled on the same day?
A. Potentially, but not in the same room.

Q. Can we have a cash bar?
A. Yes you can.

Q. Does your accommodation allow for wheel chair access?
A. Yes, we have a number of accommodation rooms equipped for wheel chairs and our reception room facilities cater for wheel chair access.

Q. How much is the deposit to secure the venue?
A. 50%* of the total venue hire cost is required to secure your booking.

Q. What is the maximum capacity for a wedding reception?
A. 160 people (round tables) or 180 people (rectangle tables).

Q. Can we have our wedding ceremony on site?
A. Yes, we have a number of wedding ceremony options including a rooftop terrace or a grassy lawn with Lake Wakatipu as a backdrop. Indoor options are available as a back up for rainy days.

Q. Do you have a dance floor?
A. A dance floor needs to be hired in, this is additional to the venue hire cost and is approximately $400.

Q. Do you provide a cake table and cake knife?
A. Yes

Q. Does the venue hire include chair covers?
A. No. We are able to source these for you at an additional charge.

Q. Do you decorate the venue and tables?
A. We can decorate the venue and tables for you should it be required, however there will be an additional charge for this service.

Q. Can we choose the colour of the tablecloths and napkins?
A. Yes, we have a choice of white or black.

Q. Do you provide wedding planning services?
A. No, we can however make recommendations for you.

Q. Do you provide printed menus?
A. Yes.

Q. Can we choose another menu or make up our own?
A. We are able to tailor menus to suit your requirements and budget, please contact us for more information.

Q. Can you recommend a cake decorator/photographer?
A. Yes, please contact us for a full list of local suppliers.

Q. What time can we get to the venue on the day of the wedding?
A. The venue is guaranteed from 2.00 pm the day of your wedding, however early access is available if the venue is available.

Q. What time can we stay until?
A. Midnight in the venue.

Q. Is there free parking for our wedding party and guests?
A. Yes, all parking is complimentary

Q. Do you have a children's menu?
A. Yes, children under 3 are complimentary. Children under 13 years are ½ the adult price. Children over 13 years are classed as adults.

Q. Do you offer a babysitting service?
A. Yes, prices for babysitting services are available on request.
