At Rutherford hotel, A Heritage hotel our Conference guests are treated to a delicious array of personalized menu choices created by our experienced Chefs who love to showcase the regions produce. The Nelson region offers delicious fresh seafood and locally grown Sunkist fruits and vegetables.

Our menus can be designed to cater from the very small meeting to the exceptional large gala ball.  Anywhere from a 10 person executive style breakfast, to a 500 person awards ceremony with gala dinner to suit.

Our dedicated team work with conference organizers to really understand their specific needs for each event and we appreciate every event is different and special. It is our pleasure to provide an outstanding menu selection made up of gorgeous fresh, local ingredients tailor-made just for you!

Seared tuna loin with a citrus dill crust, sesame and coriander salad with wasabi aioli (GF)
Twice cooked pork belly on carrot purée with caramelized peaches and a plum mustard jus (GF)

Seared beef fillet on a crushed potato cake and pea purée, finished with thyme jus (GF)
Baked market fish on prosciutto col cannon parcel, baby carrots and a broad bean salsa verde (GF)

Gluten free Belgian chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream and warm berry compote
Seasonal fruit crumble with vanilla bean anglaise
