Q. What services does the venue fee include? 
A. Room hire, tables, chairs, tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, glassware, staff table service, complimentary jugs of water, candles and menus.  Set-up and pack-down.

Q. Is the venue fee cheaper if we don’t book a Saturday night?
A. No

Q. Are other events scheduled on the same day?
A. Yes.  Different floor levels.

Q. What is your alcohol policy?
A. In-house beverage selection only.

Q. Can you accommodate physically challenged guests?
A. Yes.

Q. What is your payment and cancellation policy?
A. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the estimated cost of your wedding, to be paid on confirmation of the booking*. The balance of estimated final billing is to be paid in full 5 days prior to the function. Any additional costs added on the day of the function are to be settled at the end of the function prior to departure from the hotel.

Cheques for final payment cannot be accepted without prior approval from the Hotel General Manager.
Only the person/s named are authorised to make charges to the Function account. It is imperative that the signatories’ names are advised prior to the commencement of the wedding. 

Q. What is the maximum capacity for a wedding reception?
A.  500pax

Q. Can we have our wedding ceremony on site?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you have a dance floor?
A. Yes (level 2) – Ground floor - can be externally hired at client cost

Q. Do you provide a cake table and cake knife?
A.  Yes.

Q. Does the venue hire include chair covers?
A. No

Q. Do you decorate the venue and tables?
A. Yes, please liaise with our wedding coordinator

Q. Can we choose the colour of the tablecloths and napkins?
A. Standard is black or white.  Other colours can be externally hired at client cost.

Q. Do you provide wedding planning services?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you provide printed menus?
A.  Yes.

Q. When can my service providers bring the flowers, the wedding cake and decorations?
A.  From 8.00 am the day of Wedding.

Q. Can we have confetti?
A.  No.

Q. Are you able to cater for specialised ethnic, vegan or vegetarian menus or different dietary requirements?
A. Yes we can cater for ethnic or dietary requirements.

Q. Can we choose another menu or make up our own?
A.  Yes, please liaise with our wedding coordinator

Q. Can you recommend a cake decorator/photographer?
A. Yes, please contact us for a full list of local suppliers.

Q. What time can we get to the venue on the day of the wedding?
A. From 8.00 am on the day.

Q. What time can we stay until?
A. 1.00 am following morning.

Q. Is there free parking for our wedding party and guests?
A. Yes.
