General
What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?
Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m on the day of your departure. Please confirm with reception in advance should you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out (may not be available during busy periods), otherwise a late checkout fee may be charged to the registered credit card.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Any change to your reservation will be treated as a new booking and may incur a
fee. If rooms are available, you may be able to extend the duration of your booking. Early
departures outside the reserved dates may not result in a refund.
Is Lake Resort A Pet-Friendly Hotel?
Unfortunately our property is unable to take pets. Please contact the property regarding working support and care dogs.
What Is The Hotel’s Smoking Policy?
In accordance with New Zealand smoking legislation, our property is smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any guest room or on balconies. Smoking is only permitted throughout the outdoor areas of the complex. Please note that if smoking is detected in guest rooms, cleaning charges may apply. Should the fire alarm system be activated due to a guest smoking in rooms, charges may apply.
Does Lake Resort Offer Accessible Rooms?

Is Lake Resort Good For Business Travellers?
We offer unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi and complimentary car parking. We also have an on-site restaurant & wine bar.
Is Lake Resort A Kid-Friendly Hotel?
Our resort has its own kids adventure playground along with a 9-hole mini golf course…hours of fun!

Does Lake Resort Have A Pool and Spa?
We offer Private Spa Villas.
Is Parking Free?
We offer free parking to all guests and visitors in the main parking lot.
Are Laundry Services Available?
All villas have a washing machine and dryer available to all guests.
Does Lake Resort Have Event Venues and Meeting Spaces On-site?
Yes, we have full conference facilities for up to 150 delegates. Small meeting spaces are available. Whether it's a wedding or an important conference, this space is perfect with its end-to-end bar.

Does Lake Resort Have A Restaurant?
Signature Moorings Restaurant & Wine Bar offers decadent local cuisine along with an array of local wines to quietly sip in font of our cosy fire.
Does Lake Resort Have A Bar?
Our newly opened "Bunker" is a high-end exclusive underground experience, hosting up to 50 guests with private bartender and a welcoming fire. Moorings Restaurant also has a wine bar with fireplace in an outdoor setting.
Transportation
Is There An Airport Shuttle Available?
No, we do not provide an airport shuttle. However, reception will be happy to contact an external provider if required.
Is Car Service Available?
No, we do not have car service available.
