What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?
Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. If you're arriving earlier, we can hold your bags or, can possibly make your room available for an early check-in if pre-arranged (charges may apply). Late checkout can be arranged, subject to availability (charges apply).
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Our cancellation policy may be found on your booking confirmation, but in general, for pre-pay packages or non-flexible package there is no refund for cancellation.Flexible packages are usually 14 days prior to check-in time 2:00 pm. Please check your booking confirmation for your specific cancellation policy.
Is Marlborough Vintners Hotel A Pet-Friendly Hotel?
Unfortunately, our property is unable to host pets. Please contact the property regarding working support dogs.
What Is The Hotel’s Smoking Policy?
In accordance with New Zealand smoking legislation, our properties are smoke-free. Each property does have a designated smoking/vaping area outside. There is no smoking/vaping in rooms or public areas. Cleaning charges may apply if a guest is found to have smoked inside the building.

Yes, we are children-friendly. We provide holiday packs on arrival, activities on site including a pool, bicycles for rent, and our concierge team will be happy to provide you with options for local kid-friendly activities.

Yes, we have an outdoor spa pool and modern gym facilities for guest use. These are open daily from 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Is Parking Free?
Yes, free car parking is available in front of every suite. There is also ample free parking available in the car park, if needed.
Are Laundry Services Available?
Yes, we have a self-service laundry machine which takes a $2 coin for washing and $2 for drying.
