What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?
Check-in at Heritage Auckland is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. If you're arriving earlier, we can hold your bags, or can possibly make your room available for an early check-in if pre-arranged (charges may apply). Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability (charges apply).
What Is Heritage Auckland's Cancellation Policy?
Our cancellation policy will be on your booking confirmation, but in general, for prepay packages or non-flexible packages, there is no refund for cancellation. Flexible packages usually allow cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the 2:00 p.m. check-in. Please check your booking confirmation for your specific cancellation policy.
Is Heritage Auckland A Pet-Friendly Hotel?
Unfortunately our property is unable to take pets. Please contact us regarding working support dogs.
What Is The Hotel’s Smoking Policy?
In accordance with New Zealand smoking legislation, Heritage properties are smoke-free. Each property does have a designated smoking/vaping area outside. There is no smoking/vaping in rooms or public areas and cleaning charges may apply if smoking is found inside the building. Please contact reception to ask where the designated smoking areas are.
Does Heritage Auckland Offer Any Accessible Rooms?

Is Heritage Auckland Good For Business Travellers?

Is Heritage Auckland A Kid-Friendly Hotel?

Heritage Auckland boasts a rooftop pool and spa as well as an indoor lap pool and spa, both pools are heated to 28 degrees C. We also have a tennis court.
Is Parking Free at Heritage Auckland?
Valet Parking is available subject to availability for $45 per day.

Does Heritage Auckland Have Event Venues Or Meeting Spaces?

Does Heritage Auckland Have A Restaurant?
Breakfast is available in our on-site restaurant via a third party. Room service is also available in the evening from 6.00pm - 9.00pm. Find out more here.

No, we do not currently have a bar available at the hotel.
Is An Airport Shuttle Available?
No, but our concierge can arrange a taxi to take you from Heritage Auckland to the airport.
