- Responsibility of the client to submit rewards request online within 3 months of event to Heritage Hotel Management
- Minimum room nights and onsite full day of conference required to qualify
- Calculation is based on the final invoice. Inclusive of GST, accommodation, venue hire, conference food & beverage. Does not include third party supplier costs
- Luxury Getaway includes Air NZ seat + bag airfares, lead in room type, food & beverage to the value of $200. Airport transfers not included. Maximum value $1,500
- All travel arrangements to be approved and made by Heritage Hotel Management only
- One reward per conference. Cannot be combined with another promotion or redeemed for cash · Heritage voucher must be used in one visit
- Receiving and redeeming rewards only available at participating hotels
- Tier 5 rewards can only be received and redeemed at a participating Heritage or CityLife Hotel
- All pricing in New Zealand dollars except for Westfield Australia gift cards · All rewards subject to availability
- Reward will only be made available to the booking company as detailed on the contract
- Reward will only be made available once the final invoice is paid
- This promotion is not open to employees of Heritage Hotel Management
- The decision of Heritage Hotel Management is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
