Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion valid until 31st March 2020
  2. Responsibility of the client to submit rewards request online within 3 months of event to Heritage Hotel Management
  3. Minimum room nights and onsite full day of conference required to qualify
  4. Calculation is based on the final invoice.  Inclusive of GST, accommodation, venue hire, conference food & beverage. Does not include third party supplier costs
  5. Luxury Getaway includes Air NZ seat + bag airfares, lead in room type, food & beverage to the value of $200. Airport transfers not included. Maximum value $1,500
  6. All travel arrangements to be approved and made by Heritage Hotel Management only
  7. One reward per conference. Cannot be combined with another promotion or redeemed for cash · Heritage voucher must be used in one visit
  8. Receiving and redeeming rewards only available at participating hotels
  9. Tier 5 rewards can only be received and redeemed at a participating Heritage or CityLife Hotel
  10. All pricing in New Zealand dollars except for Westfield Australia gift cards · All rewards subject to availability
  11. Reward will only be made available to the booking company as detailed on the contract
  12. Reward will only be made available once the final invoice is paid
  13. This promotion is not open to employees of Heritage Hotel Management
  14. The decision of Heritage Hotel Management is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
