The Offer opens Monday 19 November 2018 (NZDT) and closes at a time decided by the Promoter at a future date (Offer Period).
The person(s) (Guest) who provides their email address on the Offer website page will be included in the Offer closed user group (Closed User Group) and acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter offers Guests the opportunity to access special offers and rates at participating Heritage & CityLife Hotels and Heritage Collection properties through the Closed User Group.
Special offers and rates being made available to the Closed User Group will include specific terms and conditions of the offer at the time of booking.
The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to purchase as a direct or indirect result of any technical problem of any kind or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. Submission is deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the database, not at the time of transmission by the Guest. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for, and the Guest release the Promoter from, any loss, claim, damage or injury to person or property (including computer systems and servers) as a result of participation of the Guest in this Offer or the conduct of the Offer generally.
