New-Look Website Drives Direct Bookings At The Click Of A Mouse


To encourage direct bookings, Heritage Hotels is delighted to launch its new website that includes an improved guest journey while providing a leading-edge technology platform for Heritage properties and franchises.

As part of the website refurbishment there is improved hotel room and conference venue showcases allowing guests to gain more insight into the room they are booking, an increase in destination content including points of interest maps which highlight local attractions and sights and an improved user journey for guests to access each of the properties through our destination maps and intuitive navigation. The site is geared to driving direct bookings with strong calls to action and an ever present booking widget.

The website is a collaboration between Heritage Hotel Management, HEBS Digital (an award winning global hotel digital marketing and technology agency which focuses on assisting hoteliers dramatically increase direct bookings through specialised marketing solutions) and Central Station (an Auckland-based creative communications agency offering digital and design, with clients in the hospitality and tourism sectors).
